OK... Seven more and Texas vs. PA, WI, MI, GA...

So that’s 12...

Room for 45 more! Make it unanimous!

They do—I’m not quite sure what the implications would be, but I would appreciate the irony.

Based on post 153 The Pennsylvania case is active, but those states will probably move to Texas case in due time as it is more promising

No hope for Maryland to join, not with the RINO governor Hogan who has a terrible case of TDS, nor the corrupt black politicians running Baltimore.

When did Alaska drop down to the Lower Forty-Eight?

Hank Johnson sorta warned us this kinda thing could happen...he picked the wrong municipality though.

The individuals who made this fraud happen in each state need to be prosecuted harshly.
Long prison terms so to deter this from happening agin.

That’s great. Those few states shouldn’t be allowed to cheat and influence our election in such a dishonest way.

I’d like to ask a simple question.

Why are we surprised at this move to sue the offending States?

There are many legal experts on FR. Seems like I should have read about this possibility here in the last month.

Did somebody bring up this as a possibility and I just missed it?

And what about all the TV and radio commentators? I can believe some of them knew it might be coming and kept it quiet.

The state of Georgia has all Republican state officers—and they were all in on the steal.

Georgia will need to find a way to remove all of them—and then the state can join the rest of the South.

Thanks for the suggestions. I spent a bit more time re-composing the letter to the Idaho Lt. Governor who is more staunchly pro-freedom than our somewhat squish Governor Little (she is a lot like Governor Noem of South Dakota). I borrowed some opening lines from Breitbart and wove in your ideas.

Feel free to use as you feel.

Hello Lt. Gov. McGeachin:

I'm sure you are aware that the State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution. Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.

As of Tuesday Dec 8 at 4:30 PM PST, EIGHT OTHER STATES have joined Texas: Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota and Louisiana.

I am disappointed that Idaho not leading the charge on this and is not among those states joining Texas. While most of the states leading the fight are in the South, Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota is also on board with this effort to stop the highly corrupt big democrat machines in five cities from stealing the election. Like you, Governor Noem is a staunch champion of freedom and liberty and is highly respected by conservatives. Why isn't IDAHO in the fray to protect our votes?

Allow me to pose a question to you: If my legal vote for President is offset by an illegal vote in another state, then how are my equal protection rights NOT being violated? If another state is being investigated for dereliction in allowing illegal votes, then why should Idaho be held to a non-constitutionally based deadline (i.e., the so-called Safe Harbor date) that benefits their dereliction?

STOP THE STEAL!!! The election fraud evidence is absolutely overwhelming and time is of the essence. If we do not stop this horrendous disenfranchisement by the highly corrupt Democrat machines in the five big cities, if we do not stop their election theft, our Republic is doomed, our experiment in self-government is ended, and tyranny is at our doorstep.

Please get Idaho in there. There is no time to lose.

Still, SCOTUS is not going to negate or reverse the election.

Technically you may be correct; the lawsuit's goal is to send the decision on which electoral voters are selected in these states back to their legislatures. They are all Republican controlled legislatures. If they have any cohones at all the legislatures will "negate or reverse the election".

Well, that was a dead end.

The contact page only gives me a form for complaints which after looking at it, could be construed as a mis-use of government forms and reporting If I addressed the national election.

I would love love love for Arizona to join.
But, alas, we are part of the problem.
I am surprised that Texas didn’t name us in the suit.

Trump voters in all states should be allowed to join, like a class action, because we were all affected.
