I LOVE IT...and we’ll see what happens.
But note one difference, Texas DID NOT say a word about it coming, just Trump, indirectly by saying something big was going to happen this week. No Crackins, promises of certain victories, or any of that crap - just a straight-up lawsuit for the Justices to evaluate.

I think the argument is sound but I doubt SCOTUS will accept that Texas has standing.

I wonder if this is the result of a call to the Mark Levin show from a clever fellow in Israel. The caller asked if one state could sue another state for corrupting the Federal Election process. Levin knew right away this man had described a course of action he had not thought of himself. Brilliant idea indeed!

Yes. Straight to the POINT.
And why would Texas file this suit? Because it affects the citizens of the State of Texas when such reckless disregard for Federal and State Constitutional Law is present.

Those states all violated our constitutional guarantee of “one man one vote”. Our legitimate votes were all nullified by their fraud.

Voters in Texas and across the country were disenfranchised
. Other states should join with Texas.

One other point to make about Pennsylvania. The Legislature did alter the voting law but in violation of be State Constitution. The State Legislature has plenary power under the Constitution to change election law but the issue is what legislature wins? The one that made it a Constitutional issue to change things or the one which recently ignored it's own Constitution? I'd say since the Federal Constitution overrules Federal laws that a States Constitution overrides state law and therefore this change in State law in Pennsylvania is voided.

Can someone explain Texas’ standing?

Interesting.
**************
I would say significant because it is showing the cracks in the system. Elections in some states have clearly become weaponized in a way that allows them to exercise undue influence on who the president is.
When a few states put their finger on the scale like this it was only a matter of time before the honest states would challenge it.
Its also significant because the red-blue divisions are getting sharper.

Texas is asking SCOTUS to allow state legislatures to do something they are already permitted to do?
