Texas Sues Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin at Supreme Court over Election Rules
Breitbart ^ | Dec 7, 2020 | Joel B. Pollack

Posted on 12/08/2020 5:38:16 AM PST by demkicker

The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.

Read the other Breitbart article by Kobach on Breitbart too:

On Monday, just before midnight, the State of Texas filed a lawsuit that is far more important than all of the others surrounding the presidential election of November 3rd.

Hoping Alabama, North and South Dakota, Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Utah, and other states that solidly went for Trump join in on this action as well.

I asked this question yesterday about my own State. Today's mission - contacting my State officials and asking them to join.

Why couldn’t Guiliani have done his November 5th?

I think every state has such standing, and should follow Texas’ lead!

I don’t think there is a State called Guliani. Nor does he represent a state. No standing.

It is important to keep this issue front and center before the people. The ms media no longer controls the message and their attempts to block information is failing as the influence and visibility of the “new” media such as OANN, NEWSMAX etc continues to grow.

Yes, and I should have mentioned Kentucky as well as they were about the second state to go for Trump.

But will it matter?

Of course it will matter. One way pr another.
Not just for this year's elections, it will matter for subsequent elections too, as long as we control the SCOTUS.
Giuliani should have used this tack long ago.

The eyes of Texas are upon you!

By the way, this is AOL's top headline this morning:

"Election officials face threats, intimidation as Trump pushes false fraud claims
"Authorities across the U.S. describe a tide of harassment in the election's charged aftermath.
"'We cannot allow our elected officials to live in fear'"

But we can let our citizens live in fear???

As should every other state whose citiens have been disenfranchised by the fraud allowed to stand in these insurrectionist states and the citizens thereof who allow their actions.

We fought a Revolution and kicked a king’s ass for less than what is being done against us.

Why has this taken so long and why is Texas the only state with representatives with enough guts to do it?
