Trump Team Begins Forensic Examination of Dominion Machines in Michigan

President Donald Trump’s legal team began a forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in Michigan after a judge on Friday permitted the examination.

“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 [a.m.] and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News on Sunday.

“A judge actually granted our team access … to conduct a forensic audit,” Ellis added.

Ellis was referring to a ruling from a judge in Antrim County, Michigan, who authorized the audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines, said Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani. It’s not clear which of the several election lawsuits the order originated from.

Later, Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott told the Detroit Free Press that forensic images will be taken from voting machines used during the Nov. 3 election. Judge Kevin Elsenheimer issued the order regarding a challenge from voter William Bailey, who filed a lawsuit alleging that ballots were damaged in a recounting of ballots in a marijuana proposal that narrowly passed, reported Fox News. Elsenheimer’s order doesn’t mention the presidential race, and it’s not yet clear if the order allows Trump’s team to examine the machines.

Ware County, Ga has broken the Dominion algorithm:

Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.

37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been “Switched” from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.

Thanks, I’ll certainly take that as a compliment. But there are without doubt many better qualified and prepared personnel than me to look into it. I can only hope that the President is putting that substantial war chest to work in hiring them to take care of it.

This could be the mother lode we’ve been waiting on, if it happened, and if the right people are involved. I would have already hired a couple of different carefully vetted companies in this field, and had them each present their proposed plan of attack before this day even came if possible. I got my “Count All Legal Votes” t-shirt yesterday and was so excited I put it on and went next door to my Tea Party neighbor and said, “after AOC said she was going to use FEC data to go after Trump supporters, I donated to the Trump campaign, and looky what I got!” An hour later he came over to my house with a shirt just like mine. I asked if my wife had handed it to him out the kitchen window. LOL! The delivery folks had to make two passes through our neighborhood to deliver those shirts.

There's been a long time for mischief to go down. I feel Trump dropped the ball by inexplicably not having all of the legal options already prepped and ready to roll out. He knew there would be shenanigans, he said so prior to the election. And yet he seemed to be caught flat footed.

I do think he was suckered in by Barr and when Barr stepped out and announced that he was on the side of the resistance he was genuinely surprised. So perhaps he expected DOJ to actually do its job rather than doing a whitewash. If so then he hasn't been paying enough attention to Barr and his total MO, it was obvious that he was a phony pretending to be an upstanding guy while shredding files and running out the clock behind the scenes the whole time .

If the seized German server story is real, then it hardly matters. Trump has the proof already.

The audits are more useful at the county level were you can see: mailed out postage counts. Mailed in postage count. Lockbox counts. Print logs of ballots printed and voter database update logs. The high percentage of not returned ballots from the mail outs combined with the testimony of people not sending ballots back but being recorded as voted shows where the manufactured ballots most likely are. Then any recounts will simply recount the manufactured ballots.

If you’re talking about hard drives you’re way way behind on the state-of-the-art on data recovery technology. It’s a magnetic materials science\signal processing problem. You almost have to physically destroy the drive to prevent recovery. One friend who stayed in the field said “drives have to be turned into slag to prevent recovery.” I am sure that’s somewhat of an exaggeration ! I helped develop such systems back in the DOS\Windows 3+ days. In those days it was a tedious labor intensive problem but a doable problem. I would be shocked if there aren’t commercial recovery systems now available and easier to use.
