You're assuming the SCOTUS will even hear the case. They have had the Pennsylvanian case in front of them at least 3 times. Twice they refused to hear it, this last case has been in front of them for days and still no response. The longer it takes for them to respond, the less likely it is that they will.

I remembered seeing a few weeks back video of people bringing these luggage things into counting centers, and the media said they contained personal belongings, food since they couldn’t get it there, drinks, etc.

Ah, so that’s it then.

Then I see video with people surreptitiously pulling that same kind of luggage out from under a table after everyone else has been kicked out.
