Former national security adviser Michael Flynn promoted a petition Tuesday calling on President Donald Trump to temporarily suspend the U.S. Constitution, declare martial law and order the military to oversee a national re-vote for the 2020 presidential election.
The petition, published Tuesday by the Ohio-based non-profit group We The People Convention, said there was “no peaceful way left to preserve our Union” following President-elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory and urged Trump to exercise his “extraordinary authority” to avert a second civil war.
“Limited Martial Law is clearly a better option than Civil War!” a letter accompanying the petition states.

Flynn, to whom Trump granted a presidential pardon last Wednesday related to the retired Army general’s December 2017 guilty plea for making false statements to the FBI, tweeted a link to the petition Tuesday evening.
“Freedom never kneels except for God,” Flynn tweeted.

Not Constitutional, unfortunately. Either SCOTUS fixes this(somehow), or the President uses the EO on election interference.
I’m with Flynn... gloves may need to come off to restore election integrity and save the republic... a free republic. Without confidence and trust in the election system, what do we have?

Personally, I think that President Trump would be well advised to invoke the Insurrection Act and start regular rendition flights to Club Gitmo and other undisclosed locations.

If you're suspending the Constitution and declaring martial law then why bother with the election? Just say you won and stay in office for the next four years or eight years or however many.
Scotus will rule that all of these last minute bs deals were unconstitutional, that the entire election is beyond fixing and cannot be remedied in their building.
So, the State’s will vote...for Trump.
My problem is that while Trump was indeed ripped off, the down votes were too and that story is NOT getting enough play. I suspect that we probably picked up 4-6 senate seats and maybe 30-40 more house seats!

Im afraid the majority of the American People wont support it. Trump would lose a revote under these circumstances. The fact is due to demographics and our education system, 16 or 20 would likely be the last chance to elect a Republican President. We are simply outnumbered at this point. We had a good run, but we’re nearing the end of a managed decline.
Isn’t that what we will have if we let this stand? Obviously Hillary didn’t campaign either , the election was rigged in 16 also . They just didn’t make enough votes. He needs to suspend the constitution and get rid of the communists.

I agree about the down-ballot races. Although, if SCOTUS rules that the whole thing is invalid, would that not be grounds for lawsuits from the “losers”?
