As President Trump and his Republican allies continue trying to undermine the election, the certification of the vote totals in each state is the next major step in formalizing President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s victory....
Electors will meet on Dec. 14 in their respective states and cast their votes. This vote is, constitutionally, what determines the next president....
Congress is ultimately responsible for counting and certifying the votes cast by the Electoral College, and it is scheduled to do so on Jan. 6.
If there are still disputes at this point — if Republican legislators in a state were to appoint a pro-Trump Electoral College slate in opposition to voters’ will, for instance, and the Democratic governor of the state were to appoint a pro-Biden slate — it would be Congress’s job to resolve them. Election law experts say that under federal statute, the governor’s slate should be favored.

“Certification” has nothing to do with anything.
The only legitimate, and therefore the only available, redress is in the session where Congress counts the electoral votes.

They just gave formal talking points to the rest of the MSM, telegraphed that they are preparing a battle in the House, lied about Article II of the Constitution, and are now trying to intimidate SCOTUS into ripping up the Constitution.
Might I suggest what I have been doing with my various liberal affiliations lately, which is just stating that the election is not yet official per Article II, and let them read it for themselves, thus allowing them to discover that the media is lying to them, instead of trying to convince them yourself.

Nobody with a brain really wants this, but I can’t see a future wherein it doesn’t happen. The best we can pray for now is absolute proof the election was a sham, or absolute proof it was clean. Anything in between likely heads the direction your predicting. When you can’t vote your way out, then Political power comes at the end of a gun.
I don’t care who is POTUS, they come and they go, I do care about he Constitution. I pray Americans don’t attack one another.

As I have often said, SOMEONE is going to be perceived as seizing power this time. It might as well be us. There is a Constitutional mechanism that allows us to force this issue, if the GOP has the guts. That way, we follow the Constitutional, preserve that document, and get a president who loves this country. Otherwise, we throw all elections in the trash, allow blatant cheating, allow the Democrats to steal the election on behalf of foreign powers and we get a senile dotard and a communist in the White House.

The repercussions of allowing a completely fraudulent election, tabulated and the count defrauded from an overseas “contractor” to the buyers (biden) corrupt scheme. A SPANISH Communist organization— Scytyl digitally interfering with the sanctity of an individuals LEGAL verified vote with the click of a binary digital switch....
This would/will lead to war (which is, after all what the Commies want).
The Constitution provides the remedy— beyond a fraudulent state frauded “vote” for Electors.
