The Supreme Court would never take up this kind of issue. And, the PA legislature didn’t have the balls to overrule the PA Supreme Court blatantly partisan redistricting, so they sure as hell won’t vote to overturn the fraudulent mail in plandemic virus votes.
I would love to be positive in predicting a good outcome here, but we are Charlie Brown again with the democrats holding the football.

For some background information, the Dim party started in this very scenario.
In the 1824 election nobody had a majority of EV's. This was back when we had just one party--the Democrat Republican party that Thomas Jefferson and others had started. Andrew Jackson won ore EV's than the others, but not a majority. It was decided by the House and they picked John Quincy Adams. Jackson was furious and started his own party -- the Democrat Party (with the word "democrat" to focus on the will of the voters over the rights of the individual). He won the next election outright.
To end the history lesson, when the Christians a few decades later were pushing abolition and formed their own party, they chose the word "republican" because it emphasizes the rights of the individual.

“This is going to the Supreme Court where they will rule the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale. It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.”
I believe they will rule that it is invalid. They might have to since the communists mucked it up so bad that it will be near impossible to sort it all out. The state are now involved, and that is an indicator that it WILL GO to the SCOTUS.
And yes, if ruled invalid, its the STATE legislatures who will determine the outcome.
A hint was dropped By Alito last weeks. He told them to segregate the ballots. If they flat out defied that order, then its over. The whole thing will be ruled invalid. His order also indicates that the mail in ballots are the point focus and will be/should be denied.

"The path you describe, if it goes that way, will be historic and ugly, but it does describe where we have allowed ourselves as a nation to get to."This is the point exactly. Does Trump follow his gut and go all in on saving the country, or does he listen to Ivanka and console himself with some vaporware 'conservative network'.
If he goes all-in, he will be remembered on a par with Washington. And we will win.
If he listens to Ivanka, on January 21 he will wonder out loud on Twitter where all the tv cameras have gone.

Does anyone seriously think the Democrats (Communists) will obey any court ruling or law they don’t like? They have already broken plenty of laws trying to succeed at a bloodless coup d’etat. They are almost there. Do you seriously think they will stop now?

You're probably right. Hard to imagine the SC declaring the election a fraud, not really their job. They don't have the power to overturn an election. Bush v Gore would suggest any action they take one county would apply to the entire state. They won't invalidate votes, and probably can't order a new election and a recount would statewide. And there time constraints for a statewide recount. IMO the only possibility might be a finding of fraud probability which might cause a state legislature to defacto invalidate the election. And that statement would better come from a state court which won't happen. And it would have to happen in two states.
I would like to see a robust criminal investigation ending with prosecutions. Could be state or Federal. Short of that, it's inviting a repeat

Another fun fact is when they called Gore the President elect back in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner
the two people that were part of that decision was none other than new Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney BarrettThey went back in time????
