Are they obeying the Supreme Court? Who is doing it? Is anybody watching them do it?

The stat I find most compelling right now, among others...
Biden did worse than Obama and Hillary in each state,
except this elections battleground states.
There he did much better.
Evidently that 138,000 votes found thing, with only one
candidate’s name on them is very effective.

Who has not filed? What is it that needs to be filed? It just said that if there were any response, please do so by 2:00. But the order seems straightforward.

Can they be separated? Is there a time stamp of some sort that proves when the ballot got counted?

The federal law that standardized federal elections dates from the 1840s. It states that federal elections must be held in all states on the same day. This is why no re-vote is legally possible. The Supreme Court cannot order a re-vote unless it decides to legislate from the bench. Only Congress can order a re-vote if the president signs it in to law. Keep in mind that certain dates are hard-coded in the Constitution and can't be changed except by constitutional amendment. This is a limiting factor.
The only thing that the Supreme Court can do is follow its 1877 precedent based on the events of the contested election of 1876. The Court can remand the choice of electors to the state legislature, a plenary and nonjusticiable power that Article II of the Constitution confers to the legislature.

If the ‘Rats don’t respond by 2 PM, then I believe Alito is free to rule on the matter.

They didn’t separate them in violation of the SC order.
So, either all the ballots will not be allowed or a revote of the entire State will be ordered.
To: longtermmemmory
If Alito does what I think he’s gonna do, that narrative will go up in a mushroom cloud.

which is why they were post dating ballots just in case.
I see two options.
1. invalidate everything after 8pm tues.
if that can’t be done, invalidate all philly due to corruption.
