Ummm.. hey SCOTUS... what makes you think they are going to just magically obey your orders, when they have already defied other court orders and not allowed legal observers???

Surely by now they have had plenty of time to anticipate your LATE orders, and have already tainted the legal ballots with illegal ones.
They already mixed them in 2 days ago I beleive. Now they may have many fraud ballots left but I beleive they most like have put enough in to screw us all over.

Logically you’d think that any additions to the count reported at 8 PM Tuesday would be void and the count as of that time would be declared final. But that’s just logic and I think we know that logic has little to do with anything in this country.

As to the late arriving ballots, no signature ballots, etc. that they are supposed to count but keep separate, I'm assuming that they will get comingled with the regular ballots and then the director of elections will say "oops, sorry, it was an accident, we threw out the envelopes by mistake, the intern has been reprimanded...", and the election will be impossible to remedy.
By the time SCOTUS rules on this, the elections officials will say "Sorry, we accidentally comingled those ballots into the general mix and can't back them out from the counts anymore. The intern who made this mistake has been reprimanded with a sternly worded letter in his permanent file."

So what if it’s a crime? Have you not seen the Dems aren’t the least bit concerned if they break the law or constitution to pull that heap of bones and demented mind over the line..........and the more law suites against their actions the better they like it because they get to point to all those shinny things for the public to look at in the press ....while they pick him up and carry him over the line.

That would seem to be the problem.
They presumably scan each envelope as it comes in, to validate the signature and should capture the time stamp as well. But in NV they separate the envelope from the ballot so once it is validated it goes in and no way to go back and re-check it. In NV they are said they have a 40% “threshold” to see the signature matches e.g. if it is 40% close to the one on file they pass it through. But even this number seems totally arbitrary and I am not even sure what they look for that constitutes 40%. Sure, people’s signatures change over time. All the more reason to regularly scrub or re-confirm the voting rolls and force new registrations. But many people sign their names the same way they learned how to write in cursive in grade school. So 40% threshold is likely easy to cheat the computer.
Of course we will...OK theres the 2 that were late...both for Trump...
