I want to recall an experience of the Governor's race in Washington State that took place in 2004. And from that experience we should draw lessons and then bring those lessons learned forward to today where we see the Democrat's Achilles Heel that the President has already taken action on. I explain below and I'll keep it short.
The 2004 gubernatorial race in Washington State pitted wildly popular Republican Dino Rossi against Democrat Christine Gregoire. Rossi's popularity was the only means to defeat the Democrat King County election fraud machine. Rossi won the first count and there were no more ballots to be counted. But there was a narrow margin which forced a second count, a machine recount and Rossi won that as well. The Democrats then maneuvered for a 3rd count, a hand recount and that's when bags of ballots were found in custodial closets and so forth and the refrain "Count Every Vote!" brought in those late ballots and they were counted.
I repeat THE FOUND BALLOTS WERE COUNTED LATE. Note in passing: there is a subtle difference between ballots found post-election day and ballots counted late.
This late ballot stuffing led to Gregoire winning the 3rd recount by a little more than a hundred votes.
The Rossi Campaign sued in court. In the January 2005 lawsuit, the Rossi Campaign convinced the court that well over 1600 voter registrations were fraudulent. This was not speculation, this was proven fraud. What follows from that is a LESSON.
The lesson was not that there were so many proven fraudulent votes, but how can they be reversed? In the Rossi-Gregoire race, there was no effort to reverse actual ballots because those bags of ballots 'found' were all marked received before or on the day of election.
The court denied the Rossi Campaign's attempt to force a new election, the judge was indeed a democrat hack, but he ruled that although fraud was involved in the 2004 Rossi-Gregoire election, it was impossible to know how the proven fraud influenced the outcome because ONCE COUNTED, THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW HOW FRAUDULENT VOTES WENT.
Once ballots are counted, it's a one-way process. The results can't be reversed because there is no way to know how 'irregular' votes went. This is why it's important to clean the voter rolls before election. To keep those voter rolls dirty and primed for fraud, the election office managers are selected from a progressive ideological pool and promoted. Moderates in the election office are passed over and patriots are driven out and blackballed. Progressives float to the top and call the shots. This can take more than a decade, progressives play the long game.
BUT THERE ARE CRITICAL DIFFERENCES IN THE TRUMP-BIDEN ELECTION.
That difference is found in the capability to REVERSE ***ALL*** BALLOTS RECEIVED AND TABULATED POST-ELECTION DAY, not just the Biden votes but Trump votes as well. And as we know, Trump held very large leads before all the phony Biden ballots arrived late to be counted late.
The lawsuits the Trump Campaign have filed aim to do precisely this, to not count any ballot that came in post-election day.
TO SUMMARIZE: 1. STOP COUNTING ALL BALLOTS ARRIVING AFTER NOVEMBER 3, 2020 (LATE BALLOTS).
2. BACK OUT ANY BALLOT TOTALS TABULATED FROM LATE BALLOTS.

I remember that election.
I told my son there was no way the Republican would win once the count was close, Republicans almost never win those contests, 2020 will be an exception.
Vote count machines have electronic memories that can be examined.
My ballot was scanned at my polling place.
Sequences of fraudulent ballots can be identified.

In this case At the minimum the late night early morning ballot dumps should be investigated the culprits arrested and coerced to squeal against each other
and thrown out the vote totals

Not sure such a federal law would be Constitutional as state legislatures pass such laws.
However, I see nothing wrong with passing an amendment to the Constitution although it would be hard to do. And it doesn’t have to originate in Congress. Article V of the Constitution allows WE THE PEOPLE to amend the Constitution.
If people in THIRTY-FOUR (34) states pass statewide referendums to amend and they form a committee to conform the language, the conformed referendum of all states proposing can be sent to the National Archives which will record the proposed Amendment and then distribute to state legislatures for ratification.
If THIRTY-EIGHT (38) states ratify the proposed amendment, it becomes part of the Constitution.
The above is, as it should be, a hard but fruitful process.
There may be some clever administrative ways to embed security features on ballots such as when they were printed and revision history including hidden watermarks. These might be mandated as ballot subject matter cross state lines in presidential elections and is therefore a question of federal jurisdiction.
But the Constitutional amendment process is better because we badly need election security reform.
I do not believe Trump will be declared the winner. Too many wicked folks against him. Too much underhandedness. Too much election fraud. Many who call themselves “Republicans” out to get him as well. He is not establishment and both sides cannot wait to get rid of him one way or another. They aren’t interested in the people like Trump. He’s just in their way.
That said, there will be no laws passed to help stave off voter fraud, NADA. Our nation is doomed to be under a senile pedophile and a crazed liberal woman who will do all they can to ensure no conservative is EVER elected in this country again. I’m sure of it. Defeatist? Yes, at this point my hope has evaporated.
I wrote this up as part of a vanity post but wasn’t sure where to post it, having never made one of those before... this seems like a good place to post it instead...
They need to basically do a few things. All ballots are to be printed on special paper that only the federal government has - similar to currency paper. All ballots should have micro-printing on them so that they can be validated as true ballots. They do this sort of printing on checks. You can see it yourself with a magnifying glass. If your check uses that security feature, it will usually be done with the signature line, but it can be elsewhere in the check too. The ballots should all be watermarked, too. They are already numbered and given a UPC code. The idea here is that this set of things will mostly prevent fake ballots from being introduced into any election. This is definitely something I am willing to pay taxes for.
Fake ballots, election fraud should be investigated by the secret service much like counterfeiting is. Conviction of election fraud as an individual should carry a 10 year sentence. No getting off on technicalities. Appeal is fine and should follow established procedures. Conviction of election fraud on a large scale, essentially undermining the entire system our society is based upon (like what is going on now) should, upon conviction, carry a death penalty. Sorry if this makes you feel butt hurt. This has the potential to cause a civil war and the deaths of 10s or 100s of thousands of people. Someone who would be the cause of that, or make those sorts of decisions (*cough* Cuomo *cough*) needs to be removed from our society.
There should be ZERO electronic-only elections. ALWAYS have paper. As an IT person, I can tell you, hacking is still too easy. Have the scanners set so that they immediately reject any ballot that doesn’t conform to the above security measures. This will allow a normal voter to return to the start, get a good ballot, and begin again.
NO ballots should be destroyed for 10 years. Yes, it will take a bunch of storage. So what.
ALL ballots should be treated with a chain of custody that would stand up to court analysis. If the court would look at the chain of custody and say its invalid then the ballots are invalidated. Period. That chain of custody needs to start from the printing facility and be included all the way to the voter, including the poll worker and the poll counter. The ballot should be signed off at each step of its life. If the ballot is altered between any two points then there is a name associated with that that can be investigated. The person who holds the ballot should be witnessed in signing it off to the next group. Blank ballots can\should be bundled in some manner so that only a single sign-off is needed for 100s or thousands. IN their chain of custody.
You have to do a chain of custody for a drug test.. Seems like elections are more important than drug tests to me.

I intend this as going forward measures, not a fix to the current catastrophe.
States would still be free to manage their INTERNAL elections, governor, legislatures, county officers, etc, any way they choose. But the Federal elections for House, Senate and President/Vice President could constitutionally be structured with federal laws.....................
Good ideas and thoughts but consider refining a little to preserve the secret vote aspect of our elections. No one is allowed to know how another citizen voted.

Undoing voter fraud. That’s like cutting yourself and then applying a bandage. How about PREVENTING fraud? There used to be consequences for bad behavior. Now, it’s a joke. By doing nothing, we are effectively condoning bad behavior. If you wan to stop fraud, there need to be harsh consequences, not just complaining.

Agree almost completely and think the taxpayer cost is worth every penny.
I would like to see a digital solution someday, if it ever can be secure.
