Two more batches of Pennsylvania vote were reported:
-23,277 votes in Philadelphia, all for Biden
-about 5,300 votes in Luzerne County, nearly 4,000 of which were for Biden
*With 83% of the expected vote in, Trump’s lead in PA is now just below 6 points.

I actually got it backwards, it is called Benford’s Law. Basically if a bunch of data ends in 7s 8s or 9s it is likely made up data. Just google it for a better explanation.
Also what are the odds that someone didn’t accidentally vote for Trump?

How do you get a batch go 75% for Biden in a county that is 58% Trump even after the dump?

The ballots may be valid, but you need to search every dumpster, garbage truck and waste collection center in the area they came from.
23K votes come in, and all of them for Biden. Even your average low-information voter will know this is blatant fraud. And there’s a lot more cases like this in other states. If this goes to the courts, all of their shenanigans will be exposed to the masses…The MSM will be forced to cover it. The DNC is going to have to “let” Trump win this election if they don’t want the general public to know about their voter fraud schemes.
These are the very same people who were assuring us for four years that there was massive Russian fraud and interference in our elections......and are now insisting.... with a straight face...... that any fraud or interference in our election is absolutely impossible. (h/t Dinesh Desouza)

It is that the leading digit is more often 1 and less often a 7. 8 or 9, which makes sense if you think of street numbers for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benford’s_law.
