Ballots have been mailed in to the New York City Board of Elections in the name of dead voters, The Post has learned.
Records show that the elections board received an absentee ballot from a Frances Reckhow of Staten Island, a registered Democrat.
The BOE mailed an absentee ballot requested by Frances M. Reckhow of Bedell Avenue on Sept. 24. Reckhow supposedly mailed the ballot back on Oct. 6 and the BOE received it and declared it valid on Oct. 8, tracking records show.

Many dead people are officially “living” in rent-controlled apartments in the city.
It is one of the second order consequences of rent control.
Well, the zombies WERE out on Sunday.
The persons who attempt to cast these votes should be jailed and the candidates they vote for disqualified.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Frances Margaret Reckhow, 97, of Tottenville, a New Jersey native who had many talents and interests, died Sunday August 26, 2012, in Staten Island University Hospital, Prince's Bay.
She was born Frances Margaret Heckman in Newark, but early on spent summers in Tottenville, where her family operated a refreshment stand, "By Heck," on the shoreline at the end of Manhattan Street.
Her first husband of four years, John E. Dooley, was killed in action during the battle of Okinawa in 1945, while stationed aboard the destroyer USS Newcomb.
She voted for Odiousbama in 2012, and Hillary! in 2016...
Hope they have a way of catching all these attempts to cast illegal votes & disqualify them. Hopefully they catch the people behind it and put them in jail.
Anyone caught and found guilty of voter fraud needs to do a minimum 6 months in jail, no parole - 6 months in a cell. That should make others think twice about it

This is not news. This is SOP for the dems.
To me, this is one of many reasons why voting should be done only in-person and upon presentation of verified identification.
Sadly, I am out of step with the times.
All Trump votes I’m sure.....
Dems are so corrupt that they even cheat in places where they can’t lose.
After trumps reelection I am hoping to help get voter id going in time for midterms
