The author could be right. Otherwise Hillary Rotten Clinton would have won in 2016.
On the other hand the dems are against the Electoral College, which was installed by the founding Fathers.

Eh, I’ll hold this in abeyance until the election is decided.
In some places signatures don’t even have to match up.
Tell me now you avoid fraud in that circumstance?

BS.
Daley turned used massive vote fraud to win Chicago and Illinois for Kennedy.
There is enough proven vote fraud to make any sane person wonder what we’re missing.

Bullship.
Systemic voter fraud has been going on in certain blue portions of this country for many decades.

Blah, blah, blah. Well he was right regarding voter suppression, but dead wrong on systematic vote fraud.

Sheila Jackson Lee has a well oiled vote harvesting machine right here in the Bayou City.
Dead people in Starr County elected Lyndon Johnson to Congress for his first office.
There is a long history of voter fraud in Texas.

Democrat Brian Schweitzer, former Governor of Montana, bragged about his voter fraud and intimidation to a room full of lawyers.
Its on tape.
The lawyers laughed about it.

On the other hand the dems are against the Electoral College, which was installed by the founding Fathers. In 2020, Democrat politicians say they'll eliminate the filibuster, pack the Court (and propose many other changes to it), pack the Senate, pack the House, create new states out of thin air, totally restructure the "entire legal system,"* "dismantle" the "whole system"** of the United States, etc. All Democrats are very boldly, explicitly clear about this.

If there were evidence of systemic fraud, Trump surely would have presented it by now. If Wray were a bad FBI director, Trump surely would have fired him by now.
If Comey were a bad guy, surely he'd be indicted by now.

It’s not systemic, it’s just the Democrats.

Well here is some trivia: What was U.N.C.L.E.’s nemesis and what did its acronym stand for?

Why is election day so close to Halloween? So the dead don't have to stay up too long before they can vote and rest for another two years.

Depends on what is meant by “systematic”. It can pop-up unsystematically in any location where the Democrats count the votes, Republican monitoring is weak, and the the vote is close — when suddenly the Democrats discover boatloads of harvested ballots that are enough to turn the result their way.

Was it Smersh? I have no idea.
Did you ever listen to the Laura Ingraham radio show? When she had an update about Senator Arlen Spector, she would play the clip of the villain saying SPECTER.
Oh look, I found it:

It looks like all the good ones are on that site.

Oh, and there are so many other examples as well. But yes, that is indeed one of them. 8>)

Nully's modest proposal to end voter fraud:
- Paper ballots (zeugma adds) with human readable marks. They may be computer generated, and/or computer counted, but there must be an audit trail of each vote. H/T zeugma
- Purple fingers (needs something to prevent an absentee voter/early voter from re-voting at the poll, maybe blockchain, also maybe a mugshot showing the voter an the photo ID taken at sign in?) H/T for-q-clinton
- Mandatory free on demand BIOMETRIC (iris scan, nobody ever left their irises at a crime scene!) photo voter ID card, with a database that instantly flags for arrest anyone seeking multiple IDs. Change of name or address? Simply have your old card voided when you apply for the new one.
- No precinct reports their totals until ALL precincts report they have totals. This prevents the last-to-report precinct captains from knowing how much to fudge a report to give a win to their preferred candidate while maintaining some slight semblance of credibility.
- Repeal Motor Voter.
- End same-day registration where it exists, and allow ample time between registration and election for vetting of credentials of registrants.
- Instantly deport any non-citizen who registers to vote. Permanently ban from re-entry any non-citizen who actually votes.
- Put a little ⩍ next to the names of those registered voters with death certificates, and detain and put a 72 hour psychiatric hold on anyone claiming to be a dead person...
- With the exception of absentee ballots, end early voting. Every voter deserves and has a responsibility to know the latest information before they cast their ballots. H/T WildHighlander57
- Absentee ballots must be vetted and counted 10 days before the polling date, with the results secured until the date of the vote. H/T octex
- All voter rolls are automatically and completely purged ten days after the Presidential Inauguration. Reregistering to vote every four years is not an imposition. H/T The Chid
Mexico has voter ID cards required to vote, and when you vote, they punch a hole in your card to prevent multiple votes in the same election.
I don't know if you get a 10% discount after you've accumulated enough punched holes
Of course, all this would only apply to Federal elections, for federal offices, as that is the legitimate concern of the federal government.
Let the states who have local authority use whatever system they wish to force the elections of their favorite sons and daughters to alderman, mayor or goobernor. They can do it the cheap way, by just following the federal rules for all voting, or they can have separate ballots for local and federal. Their call. It's a free country, ain't it?
