Amy Coney Barrett was formally sworn in Tuesday as the Supreme Court’s ninth justice, her oath administered by Chief Justice John Roberts. Her first votes on the court could include two big topics affecting the man who appointed her.
The court is weighing a plea from President Donald Trump to prevent the Manhattan district attorney from acquiring his tax returns. It is also considering appeals from the Trump campaign and Republicans to shorten the deadline for receiving and counting absentee ballots in the battleground states of North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
It’s not certain Barrett will take part in any of these issues, but she will make that call.

The way I heard it, she was sworn in by Thomas yesterday, and takes the official oath today with Roberts.

There are two oaths Supreme Court Justices take. The first was administered last night and the second today.
If the Dems want a black woman for SCOTUS then I nominate Candace Owens.

Nowhere near as dark a night as it was in Chappaqua, NY where a bitter drunk hag was marking her 73rd birthday by watching the man who kicked her fat ass in 2016 have his third Supreme Court justice, a brilliant young woman with a loving family, sworn in to replace her hero.
There is no way for a peaceful solution at this point, so even those voting left are going to have to decide which side of history they will be a part of.
It will be interesting to see if Roberts straightens out now that he’s no longer the “swing justice”. He’s free to vote with the liberals if he wishes or to join the conservative majority since he will no longer be subject to pressure as some have maintained he has been. With a 5-4 conservative court he’s no longer the Mitt Romney of Scotus.

I found the swearing in of Justice Amy Coney Barret to be rather funny since she had to swear to Preserve,Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States when the Rats who fought her appointment swore the same oath when they Became Senators and they have Violated that oath since Day One.
Those Rats have done everything in their power to demoralize and destroy the Nations.
They should all be impeached.
