It will be interesting to see if Roberts straightens out now that he’s no longer the “swing justice”. He’s free to vote with the liberals if he wishes or to join the conservative majority since he will no longer be subject to pressure as some have maintained he has been. With a 5-4 conservative court he’s no longer the Mitt Romney of Scotus.
To now believe he CAN finally MAN UP, and does appear to now decide more Conservatively, would be very upsetting, thereby confirming he was a gutless scum all along!
