Isn’t Sotamayer in pretty poor health? Can you imagine picking off ONE or TWO more liberal seats during the next 4 years? Delicious.

The thought going through John Robert's mind when this photo was taken: "the party is over".

The party IS over. There is now a 5-judge Constitutionalist majority which does not require Roberts.

I’m happy to see ACB on the court but let’s not count those SCOTUS chickens before they hatch.

“You mean hear swearing in yesterday did not officially make her a Justice of the SCOTUS?”

LOL

It means the AP wrote their article before Justice Clarence Thomas was announced to be the one swearing her into the SCOTUS.

The AP is so, so, lazy.

Remember when John Roberts had to give Obama the oath of office twice?

Any liberal who thinks ACB will not participate in these cases is passing in the wind.

I’m sure John Roberts thought that if he rejected giving the judicial oath to stop her from being seated that he would be an arrow in Nancy’s quiver. Actually surprised that he agreed to seat her.

Well not really. She really got sworn in by Clarence Thomas. Robert got the cold shoulder.
