Vedika Gopal is, according to all public documents available, from Yonkers NY. To be specific, her address is that of her parents and a sister who also has campaign experience. ... It looks like Gopal has been in NH five months for the Alford-Teaster campaign. So, what is she doing driving around in a car with NY plates? Right out in front of and in the parking spaces of 436 Walnut is a car with NY plates and a dealership emblem from – Yonkers, NH.

The emblem doesn’t matter. The plates do. And her license.

When I lived in NH and registered I needed to show that I was a true Resident of NH, not MA. I had to show a license or ID with a NH address. I also needed to show a utility bill or some other mail that indicated I had a residence there.

In 1988, growth in Southern NH was booming. The local town clerk was pretty sick of us Massholes moving to her beloved town. If you did not come prepared for your registration you were sent packing.

NH is a nice enough place, but if you were not born there...you would never be “from” there.

An interesting stat I saw about NH, at this point only 1/3 of adults living here now were born in NH.

Not surprising.Ten bucks says that half left Massachusetts for the lower taxes,lower crime and less crowding but kept voting for the filthiest Rats alive. Soon NH will complete its transformation to “North Massachusetts” with a sales tax *and* an income tax...among other things.

A transformation to “North Massachusetts” is one of my big fears since moving up to NH in 2007 (from NJ). During the 2008 elections there were many Republican signs in my neighborhood, this time around, hardly any.
