Voter fraud is a real issue, but only when the states are close, like less than 1% of the total vote separating the candidates. After that the real world logistics get impossible.

This is complete nonsense. Philadelphia will never deliver 24% of their votes to Trump. The source is from the NY Times polling operation run by Nate Silver. He is both incompetant and in the tank for the Democrats. I cannot fathom why he is doing this, but ignore it, as well as anything else he publishes.
