Meet the new Justice of the Supreme Court -- Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
Amy Coney Barrett has been CONFIRMED to the Supreme Courton a Party line vote. 52-48. One Republican turned her back and voted with the Democrats, Susan Collins of Maine.
Congratulations to Justice Barrett and may God Bless the United States of America!

Everyone, remember this:
This is totally in line with hundreds of years of historical precedent by both parties.
In an election year scotus vacancy,
If the president and senate are the same party, the candidate gets a senate hearing and appointment
If the president and senate are different parties, the candidate doesnt get a seante hearing, no appointment
Both democrats and republicans have followed this precedent and with a rare exception or two, this is totally normal and expected behavior, and both sides know it
To have one side claim its unfair or hypocritical is a lie and outright denial of blatant, obvious history
Replacing RBG with ACB is a huge Trump victory.
Thank God they had enough balls to stick with hitorical precedent.
There are some of life’s endeavors where headcount matters a lot.
The Senate is on of them.
Collins is pathetic, but we need to be able to run up the score on the RATs bigly.
Our goal should be a supermajority of 60+ in 2022. I believe the RATs will have many more seats to defend next time out.
That said, I’m excited about John James looking so strong now.
Well there was reasoning why offered to explain the different rulings. Apparently in wisconsins case thre was a factor of the federal govt intruding into the state election hat apparently didnt exist in the PA case.

Its not a 6-3 court
Its a 5-4 court
And in reality this is why dems freaked because they knew this would be a 5-4 court, and a few sometimes, a 6-3 court.
Yep. Traitor Roberts just became irrelevant.
I just want to see a Clarence Thomas authored majority opinion on the 2nd Amendment in the next year.
Roberts was consistent in both votes. He said, correctly, that the states should have the power to determine their own election rules. We as conservatives are supposed to champion states’ rights.
After she was confirmed, there was mention of Kirsch, her replacement, then talk of quorum. I was wondering what the heck?

Winning NEVER gets boring.
So when obummer got elected we prayed and prayed.
We wanted a response on our time.
God doesn’t do our time.
But when he decides we have prayed enough, he REALLY rocks!!
Thank you God for hearing my prayers.
This may sound odd, but as a 60 year-old woman, the little innocent girl inside of me is so joyous to know that an adult woman, an accomplished human being and jurist, a mom, a wife, a friend, is now on the Supreme Court, a woman who believes in our Constitution, a woman who believes in a definition of femininity that affirms live inside a woman’s body. I am elated - almost to the point that I want to put a poster of her up on my wall - the little girl in me does. It is sad that I am so excited, this should just be plane normal - respecting life and being responsible. It would seem it is not, but I still believe that we are in the majority in this thinking and in preserving our souls and the sanctity of life that God breathed into us.
