Not sure how they got my number to text me about a party with free food to promote voting.
Sounds very fishy to me.
I registered democrat but not voting Biden, maybe is why they somehow got my numnber.
Hmmm.. This is interesting: “This site currently covers candidates in the following states/areas: California (LA only), Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, parts of NYC, Virginia, and Washington.” Battlegrounds?
Sounds like a scam.
Go...and record everything.
You should go and record it.
I suspect it may be illegal. At one point years ago the local McDonalds here had a promotion where if on election day you brought in your voting stub showing you voted, they would give you a free Big Mac. That got shut down by the Elections Office as some sort of voting violation and it didn’t happen again.

If they gave me a babe, MAYBE.
But a Big Mac??
The local Supervisors of Election in Florida are upset because of the confusion and anxiety the group’s mailings have caused. Newspapers have described the group as leftwing.
The callers care not for which candidate you intend to vote or for which candidate you have already voted. What they care about is whether or not you want to host a party to turn out the vote. If you are willing to do so, they will offer to set up the party and will ask for a deposit paid by credit card. You will be out tens of thousands of dollars by the time you figure out these people are crooks.
If something seems fishy, particularly when the opportunity was not expected, something is fishy. After you hang up, report the caller to your local police department and to the FTC.
Yeah that is probably the reason. 8>)
How about a big babe?
I like voluptuous and I don’t even mind some pounds :)
Dnc in houston is hosting a free concert at Toyota center in houston to get people to come out and vote... isnt that nice?
