Gee, maybe these "minority victims of police brutality"don't really matter at all.
Maybe it's really about little Che wannabes LARPING, thinking they are the vanguard of "la revolutione" and they're going to force "The Bad Orange Man" from the White House and they'll ride through the Rose Garden and the South Lawn in their Priuses to plant the pantyfa, burn, loot & murder and hammer and sickle flags on the balcony.
I believe ATVs and dirt bikes have become popular in many of the democrat-run urban areas. Usually unlicensed and not street-legal, they are quick and compact - makes it easy to outrun the cops in narrow streets and alleys. New Orleans had a spike of similar incidents a year or two ago.
Providence was once a very nice place to visit. I had relatives living there and it was clean, affordable for most, and peaceful.
Let a democrat run your city/state and this is what you get, plus their insane members of Congress who should be shot for treason.
London, England had an increasing problem with criminal gangs on motor cycles and mopeds robbing people in the streets. Until the rules changed and the cops were given the green light to positively take out these dangerous riders. Bike vs Car = no contest. There are some wonderful videos out there! The expressions of surprise by the criminals are priceless!!

I see this in Newark NJ - all kinds of Third World two-wheeled vehicles with no visible plates/tags zipping through traffic. I’ve also seen one sticking out of the trunk of a cop car...

I’ve seen some of those videos, where the police take down the moped-riding perps. That’s got to be some of the most rewarding police work ever. :-)
That’s called “Tuesday” in every other city. LOL
