London, England had an increasing problem with criminal gangs on motor cycles and mopeds robbing people in the streets. Until the rules changed and the cops were given the green light to positively take out these dangerous riders. Bike vs Car = no contest. There are some wonderful videos out there! The expressions of surprise by the criminals are priceless!!
I’ve seen some of those videos, where the police take down the moped-riding perps. That’s got to be some of the most rewarding police work ever. :-)
