A respected pro police streamer has reviewed the video and said the video is unclear, that it doesn’t show whether cop car hit moped or not. It might have gone straight into wall, or maybe cop car hit it and then it went into wall. I also read elsewhere police say they weren’t sure.
So which cop was cleared of charges for killing some violent felon???
Based on observations of the 1970 SDS riots at Ohio State, well trained mounted police units are extremely effective at rolling up and cordoning off a crowd.
Wonder what Judge Frank Caprio of Providence and the Public Relations courtroom show “Caught in Providence” might have to say about this. His show deals with minor traffic court cases.

Riot police had left earlier, but are just now back.
Crowds seem a bit bigger than before.
Not a lot of action now, but earlier there were thrown bottles and fireworks. I don’t see much vandalism that is common to other riots.
Some “youth”(actually an adult) was riding an unliscenced moped recklessly on a city street, along with a gang of dirt bikes and atv’s, and the cop car supposedly hit him. He’s in a coma, video is being reviewed of the incident. The reckless riders are complaining that the city (taxpayers) don’t provide them a place to play with their toys. Also racism somehow, but I’m not sure how.
This crap won’t end until the police are allowed to shoot some of these thugs.
No it wont end until we get off our lazy asses and start killing them ourselves.
