Appearing Monday on the Fox News Channel, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) argued that former Vice President Joe Biden shouldn’t answer mounting questions from the media whether or not he supports packing the U.S Supreme Court because it’s “not his business.”

Biden would have to sign the legislation expanding SCOTUS.
Kaine apparently isn’t running for re-election.
Joe Biden has no idea what packing the court even means. He’s got the mind of a child. He won’t be packing the court anyway because if elected, he’ll be removed immediately by his own people. This is like talking to a tomato and then acting as if it’s news.
But, but, but, Biden is head of the Democrat Party. He said so, himself!

Biden would simply have to “not veto” the legislation.
A presidential signature is not required for a bill to go into effect.
Can anybody explain for us, the legislative, executive and judicial process by which the Supreme Court’s numbers can be increased from say, 9 to 12?
If past history is any example what Biden says has little to do with the truth. So who really cares what he says?
Is he doing drugs??? What planet is he from, where it’s not Biden’s (or ours?) where it’s not anybody’s business if Biden will pack the court.
