Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a proclamation on Thursday that counties in the state are only allowed to have one drop-off location for mail-in ballots.

Mail ballots delivered in person must be dropped off to "a single early voting clerk's office location as publicly designated by the county's early voting clerk" and all other drop-off or satellite locations will be closed as of Friday.

Harris County’s election is being run by the DNC finance chairman.

The woman (Democrat) who was elected by the public to that position stepped down over fears that she might catch Coronavirus while doing her job.

A partisan panel (3-2 Democrat majority on Commissioner’s Court) selected her replacement (from the DNC organization itself).

Perhaps. But it also means it will be a lot easier to monitor the drop off(s). They won't be able to sneak to a little-used location and suddenly "find" boxes of votes in a ditch somewhere.

And possibly, knowing that the single box is under surveillance, they will be discouraged from bringing truckloads. And it might be too much work for them to put the fraudulent ballots in, one at a time, with the same vehicle going through hundreds of times.

Harris County has over 2 million registered voters. So with the possibility of 700,000 harvested ballots, that means any Democratic in Harris County who wins by less the 35% should be subject to an automatic recount!

Yeah, this makes the standard demonrat voter fraud scheme a lot more difficult to run. Especially since, in Houston at least there are four cameras on that spot.
