I agree with much of your goals. I just don’t know about the Florida woman given the reasons I gave. It’s difficult to judge someone Ive never met so I’m going on track records and known political connections is all I can find.

With Barbara Lagoa you have a sense because of where her family is from she understands the stakes at hand within the country and the importance her decisions will have. She is also the better political choice.

Well unlike being a politician a judge should have at least a couple of years on the federal bench you can go over. Lagoa hasn’t even made it a year yet. She maybe Rehnquist reborn but her federal jurisprudence is too small to make heads or tails out of it.
