That’s a problem why?
RGB was the justice who made her decisions based on liberal zeitgeist and then twisted the Constitution to justify her decision and, if the Constitution didn’t support her decisions, she ranged far and wide for international laws.
I’ve said before that I think a Barrett nomination will end in a train wreck. I don’t know what of advice the President is getting.
She’s the wrong nominee in the middle of an election.

Barrett has been critical of Justice Roberts, who has demonstrated that he is not above playing politics. I wonder if Roberts would interfere with or delay her seating, should she be nominated and confirmed?
Wouldn’t that be sweet. Since she’s already run the gauntlet, go straight to the vote. That should really twist up finesteen and nanzi’s ‘depends’.
