Here is the Twitter feed last updated 11 minutes ago from Senator Lindsey Graham:
I expect Grassley and Sasse to support Mitch. We have the tie breaker with Pence.
“Well gee...thats might white of you Lindsey. “
Perhaps Graham is trying to score some points with conservatives before his and McCain’s participation in the Russian hoax and Ukraine corruption are spotlighted.
If Barrett is the nominee, and the democrats try to destroy her, I think the independent votes in Maine will bbreak heavily for Collins. If she votes no, she’s likely lose enough GOP support to cost her any chance to win.
And it might do it!
Gardner has voted the “Trump line” 89.1% of the time.

There are some higher scores, but 89.1% is pretty decent.
Collins by contrast is at 67%
Who cares, the important thing is that he does the right thing regarding this issue.
Well said Drew.
Polls in South Carolina show that Graham has lost the trust and confidence of Independents, and he needs a crisis to try to win them back.

this outs Graham as projecting his fear of not getting re-elected. Per the poles as of yesterdays news, he and his democrat challenger are virtually tied
Glad I bought a Powerball Ticket.
The Odds are swinging my way.
I doubted Linseed, but we still only have a 2 Vote Advantage in Committee. If just one GOP Vote flips we have a tie.
Not sure if that kills the Nomination..
That's for sure...Murkowski says she will not vote to confirm a justice “before the election. However, she arranged to be "not present" during the Kavanaugh confirmation vote. At least, she wasn't able to vote “no” when the chips were down... then... could be the case again...
None of the republicans have a choice in this. If ever a time they need to be united it’s now!
absolutely! any GOP Senator who holds up this nomination is political Toast! career suicide to impede any decent nominee at this point, take the pension and run as far away as possible
I'm reposting an earlier post of why I think Collins is gone.
I think her fate is sealed. Maine voters won't be that fickle that they hate her now but will switch if she votes against.Look at the recent NYT/Siena poll:
- Independents prefer Gideon 50-42. Independents make up 42% of the poll sample.
- Gideon's favorable/unfavorable is 55/40. Collins' is 50/47.
- Among Independents, Gideon is 58/36 and Collins is 48/51.
- Among Independents, Brett Kavanaugh is 25/49, so I don't think Collins will recover from that vote.
- Among Independents, Black Lives Matter is 64/29, so Maine has clearly moved away from Collins' leanings.
- On the question "Who will do better choosing a Supreme Court Justice," Independents chose Biden over Trump 68/28. Those people won't change their minds on Collins no matter how she votes. They want the Democrat.
- On the question "Do you prefer Democrat or Republican control of the Senate," Independents chose Democrats 58/34. Collins is gone no matter what she does.
At this point, Collins should be thinking about legacy. I hope she doesn't want to be compared to John McCain, whose lasting legacy is voting down Obamacare repeal just to spite President Trump, Americans be damned.
Collins should take the high road and vote to secure the leaning of the Supreme Court for the next three decades.

I think you’ll find Rand Paul is among the lowest and yet he is best friends with Trump!
Why? Because Rand votes against any spending bills and they include those votes..
Good. One chalk up another positive vote. We still have a few questions - Gardner, Collins, Earnest. We just need one of those to confirm and we can ram this through in October.
“It’s possible that Trump, Mitch and Lindsey all know the Dems will overstep like they did with Kavanaugh”
Democrats will not be able to stop their base from rioting in the streets and generally behaving as a farcical, revolutionary force.
It doesn’t get any better than this.
God his own self is establishing a confluence of events very, very favorable to Donald Trump.
Oh they know how they will vote.....make no mistake about that.
