Mitt won’t have to go full rino. He has Collins, Murkowski, Grassley, Graham and a couple more lined up to derail any replacement for Ruth Ginsburg.

If he supports the process even commencing it doesn’t make sense to vote no on “confirmation day”. Simply refusing to participate...like Murkowski has...is the logical move.

As for your contention that my son’s experience is atypical - I suspect you are very wrong.
Adoption is a good thing and parents who adopt are good people.
Why anyone would doubt the motives of parents who adopt children - especially when they know nothing about them - is beyond me.

He has a prestigeous job for life. He is conservative in some ways, and alone, I don’t believe Mormons are any sort of threat to anyone.
