The Black Futures Lab, a venture of Black Lives Matter founder Alicia Garza, is sponsored by the Chinese Progressive Association (CPA), an organization that works with China’s communist government to push its agenda in the United States, according to an investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Mike Gonzalez.

Gonzalez discovered that the Black Futures Lab donation page explicitly states they are “a fiscally sponsored project of the Chinese Progressive Association,” explaining where donations to Black Futures Lab are funneled.

As do American Corporations, the rich, it would not surprise me if the NFL did but for those on this board who support the NFL don’t mind.

Pam is CPA’s Board Chair Emeritus. Pam co-founded CPA in 1972, along with other Chinese American youth and Chinese immigrant elders. In the ‘80’s she was a rank and file hotel worker leader and joined the staff of the Hotel Employees Restaurant Employees Union Local 2. Before retiring in 2010, Pam worked for 20 years at the UC Berkeley Labor Occupational Health Program, where she focused on immigrant and low-wage worker health and safety, spanning both occupational and environmental health. She is a nationally recognized leader in conducting and facilitating community-based participatory research with workers. She was a participant at the First National People of Color Environmental Leadership Summit and contributor to the Principles of Environmental Justice, a co-founder of the Asian Pacific Environmental Network and the Just Transition Alliance. She is also currently the chair of the International Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines-US.: Pam Tau Lee (she/her), Board Chair Emeritus

Hotel Employees Restaurant Employees Union Local 2 aka HERE aka UNITE HERE has various links to Communist front groups such as the DSA and WWP, with members tied to China and Vietnam.

I Wor Kuen (Righteous and Harmonious Fists) took its name from a peasant organization that fought to expel foreigners from China during the so-called “Boxer Rebellion.” Founded in 1969 by second-generation Chinese Americans in New York’s Chinatown, it adopted a 12-point program Platform and Program, similar to those previously issued by the Black Panther Party and the Young Lords. It also advocated Mao Zedong thought and engaged in militant struggles in the community. It also started publication of a bi-lingual newspaper, Getting Together. Getting-together.jpg In 1971, I Wor Kuen became a national organization when it merged with former members of the San Francisco-based Red Guard Party, a group which was founded in February 1969 and disbanded in July 1971. Also influenced by the Chinese Cultural Revolution and the example of the Black Panther Party, the Red Guard Party had espoused Mao Zedong thought, advocated armed struggle and viewed itself primarily as a military rather than a political organization. By 1971, this focus on military rather than political organizing and other contradictions led to the Party’s break-up, but a group of former militants went on to join I Wor Kuen. In 1972, to broaden its base and to reach out to community members unwilling to support an explicitly communist organization, I Wor Kuen created the Chinese Progressive Association which, after several years, had branches in New York, Boston and Los Angeles. 1972 also saw I Wor Kuen briefly participate in the National Liaison Committee, a joint party building effort of the Revolutionary Union, the Black Workers Congress, and the Puerto Rican Revolutionary Workers Organization. Throughout the 1970s, I Wor Kuen frequently clashed with other Marxist-Leninist groups active in Chinese communities across the country, including Wei Min She and the Asian Study Group/Workers Viewpoint Organization. In 1978, I Wor Kuen merged with the August 29th Movement to found the League of Revolutionary Struggle (Marxist-Leninist).[1] : I Wor Kuen

Warren Mar helped form the Asian Student Union at San Francisco State University in 1974. He was a member of I Wor Kuen, a revolutionary Asian American organization. He spent 20 years as a union organizer with the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute, California Nurses Association, and the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union (HERE) in San Francisco. Mar currently works as a labor policy specialist at the UC Berkeley Center for Labor Research and Education. [1] He is the partner of Susan McDonough, and the brother of Eric Mar and Gordon Mar. : Warren Mar

Tho Thi Do has worked for many years as a community organizer, activist and labor organizer. She is the General Vice President for Immigration, Civil Rights, and Diversity for UNITE HERE.[1] Thi Do arrived in the United States from Vietnam in 1975 and graduated from High School in San Francisco in 1978. She soon began volunteering with the Vietnamese Youth Development Center, focusing on placement of youth in summer jobs. She has a 20yr old son and lives in San Francisco, California.[2] Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union Since 1989 Thi Do has worked for Local #2, HERE, first as an organizer and now as Secretary-Treasurer. She was recently elected as a Vice-President on the HERE International Union Executive Board.[2] : Tho Thi DoTho Thi Do

10 to 1 this connects to the Democrats' funding apparatus in California, Chinagate, and Dianne Feinstein's driver Russell Lowe.

They have an attorney on their staff named Arthur Liou who is with Leonard Cardner, a law firm which represents unions and defended Communist Party organizer Harry Bridges: The firm was founded in the depths of the Great Depression by two legends in the field of union-side labor law, Richard Gladstein and Aubrey Grossman. Along with Norman Leonard and, later, William Carder, these lawyers dedicated their considerable legal skills to representing progressive labor unions, key among which was the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, which the firm is privileged to represent to this day. These attorneys represented the ILWU in its struggles to bring economic security, workplace safety, and industrial democracy to the West Coast waterfront; defended Harry Bridges and other progressives targeted in the anti-Communist witch hunts of the 1940s and 50s, including litigating repeated efforts to deport Bridges on charges of being a communist; represented protestors who sat-in over discriminatory hiring policies at the Sheraton-Palace Hotel in San Francisco; aided Free Speech Movement activists and conscientious objectors during the Vietnam War; and assisted numerous other labor unions in organizing and representing workers.: About Us.
