The left-wing leaders of public school systems across America are “replacing education with indoctrination,” conservative author and activist Candace Owens told Fox News’ “Life, Liberty & Levin” in an interview airing Sunday.
“If you are a Black American and you go through the public school system like I went through, you come out and you are basically a propagandist for the left and you don’t realize it,” Owens told host Mark Levin.

Conservatives and Christians here and elsewhere, sorry to say, have their heads up their rear ends when it comes to government-run schooling. How much more evidence is needed to remove children from these socialist indoctrinations camps?
Conservatives flee these institutions rather than staying and fighting. I understand the motivations to do so but the end result is that institution after institution has been ceded to the Left.
It may just be a matter of numbers and there is no way to win so fleeing makes sense. But that means the fundamental problem is not the institutions themselves but rather the populace and the voters.

That’s all you ever hear about here, “defund” (not happening short of a real reset following the complete collapse of modern society) “homeschool” (keep being isolated into small groups and single families) or just flee?
You don’t stop a runaway train by keeping moving to the rear cars.
No wonder we are being cancelled, silenced, etc. By ceding these public institutions and spaces we cede control of our own destiny.
These public institutions and their scope are not going away short of meteorite strike or a similar scope event and the only hope is to wrestle control of them and use them to further our culture and values.

Obviously the Pinochet and Franco model would work, but it would have to be a spontaneous thing. The problem with public schools is systemic. They were designed from the ground up to do what they are doing. The only fix is to abolish them.
