Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden is touting Wall Streets support for his $640 billion housing plan that would force low-income, multi-family housing developments into Americas suburban communities.
During a visit to Kenosha, Wisconsin where the Black Lives Matter organization and members of Antifa have led riots for weeks Biden told supporters that Wall Street supports his housing plan because it will increase the GDP.
And by the way, its not a waste of money. Even the folks on Wall Street point out that will increase the GDP, make it grow, Biden said of the plan. People will do better, people will do better.
Bidens housing plan, as Breitbart News has noted, would implement an unprecedented expansion of Section 8 housing vouchers while requiring that local communities abolish strict zoning laws in order to become eligible for certain federal grants.
The plan provides a $300 million investment to give states and localities the technical assistance and planning support they need to eliminate exclusionary zoning policies and other local regulations that contribute to sprawl.
Communities unwilling to eliminate their zoning laws to allow multi-family, mixed-income housing development in their neighborhoods would be shut out of federal grants under Bidens plan:
Exclusionary zoning has for decades been strategically used to keep people of color and low-income families out of certain communities. As President, Biden will enact legislation requiring any state receiving federal dollars
to develop a strategy for inclusionary zoning, as proposed in the HOME Act of 2019 by Majority Whip Clyburn and Senator Cory Booker.

Nuts!!!!
Destroy property values. One more effort to keep the hoi polloi from getting where elitists like Joe and Kamala are.
Yeah...Joes plan.
Fine.
Big business, whose only goal is to make money, minus any scruples about quality of life; sees that owning real estate and buildings and packing people into those buildings can show a huge profit; are for this, I am sure.
These are the same types of pukes that have sold American jobs and life blood overseas to make a buck.
In other words, screw them.
That’s one way to get people to move back into the cities.
Keep pushing riots and abolishing the suburbs.
Even the soccer moms will abandon the Democrat party.
Better idea: Do away with the federal grants which this creep plans to use for blackmail.
There is no sense in Americans sending their hard earned dollars to Washington, only to have them come back with strings attached.
Hiden’ Biden can air-kiss his face-diapered suburban Karen base good-bye.
And good riddance.
Exactly who are these Wall Street people? Sounds like Slo Joe is lining up a gig with The Atlantic after he loses the election. He’s saying, “Com’on man, see I can use anonymous sources too. Give me a job.”
Nationwide wealth destruction. A home is the largest asset for nearly every family, and its worth is part of a future nest egg plan for many families.
Joe’s Plan to make your neighborhood look just like Venezuela....

Genesis did a song about that.

With one caveat, NIMBY for the rich LEFTIES who push this crap.
Karen only knows what Cuck Todd tells her, and Cuck Todd won’t tell her about this.
God could give Jesus the high sign to come for His church at any time and then there will be many homes/property in the American suburbs as well as country estates at his disposal (if he really thinks he would be at the head of anything). For the Christians, this world is not our home. You think this is chaos? For those who by choice are left behind they haven’t seen anything yet.
Yep, good idea...just closing the current budget gap ($3.3 trillion/PDJT's weakest area so far) would probably eliminate most all of those federal grants that they use as a hammer over the head of local government.
Yeah.... that’s the ticket.
I suppose everyone has their price.
