Better idea: Do away with the federal grants which this creep plans to use for blackmail.
There is no sense in Americans sending their hard earned dollars to Washington, only to have them come back with strings attached.
Yep, good idea...just closing the current budget gap ($3.3 trillion/PDJT's weakest area so far) would probably eliminate most all of those federal grants that they use as a hammer over the head of local government.
