Do we know the ground rules for the debate? For instance, are the candidates going to be asked questions by the moderators and must answer the moderators with them free to dispute answers, rather than the candidates free to ask each other questions directly without interjection by the moderators.

I wear hearing aids in both ears. They have Bluetooth communication with my phone. They could easily be setup to get tips or even words from an accomplice.
For hearing aids to work, there needs to be some functioning brain. I don’t see them here; i think that hearing aids would be pointless for someone who’s apt to hear “SQUIRREL”, AND TURN THE WRONG WAY.

Anyone else remember when they announced Bill Clinton had been prescribed hearing aids before a debate, he wore them that night but I haven't noticed them since.

Google “earmolds” and you will see that custom molded inserts can easily be made virtually (but not absolutely) undetectable
Some one needs to go to a Biden event with a RF receiver and see if there’s an RF (likely Bluetooth) signature that correlates with a question asked. You don’t need to intercept the message you just need to see if there is a signal burst with each question.
That should provide quality entertainment.
