The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of appeals has ruled 8-2 General Michael Flynn will not have his case dismissed as the Department of Justice has requested and must move forward with yet another hearing.

If the DOJ has dropped this abortion of an abuse of Constitutional Rights, who is going to try this case?
It would be a shame if anything were to happen to Sullivan. A real shame.

It is true that tarring and feathering is not as benign as it sounds to our 21st century ears, but I am of the opinion this judge would be a candidate for this if it were still practiced.
Case won’t be dropped. Sullivan is going to give Flynn about 3 years for lying to the court.

Amazing! Trump just needs to pardon him and bring this facade to an end!

That’s kinda how I see it. Sullivan can’t win in the end. He’s only going to look petty and partisan.
The deep state is determined that Flynn must go to jail. This will go on until after Trump is re-elected or not, and the day after that election is confirmed one way or another, Flynn will be pardoned. It shouldn’t have to be this way, but he has suffered enough at the hands of the crooks in the FBI and DOJ.
The judges know that if Flynn is freed the cabal including O & Joey will be exposed as Flynn’s know where all the skeletons are hidden for the moment
It appears that complying with the judicial system, for people with our political beliefs, is no longer an option.
It seems that worst (or best) case is that the DOJ has to put up a defense as to why they want to drop the case.
That opens up a whole can of worms for the deep state.
Obviously head to the USSC.
Doesn’t Roberts have jurisdiction of the this appellate court? Also can’t he reach down and take it from them if a majority of the supremes will hear it?

The intention is to force Trump into granting a pardon. Then the narrative will be how corrupt Trump is pardoning these self-admitted criminals. Having spoken with a Biden supporter last night, yes there are Biden supporters, I can see this narrative has an audience that will buy it.
