A professor at the University of Pennsylvania has renewed a request to investigate how President Donald Trump was admitted to the school in 1966, citing what he called "new evidence" on secretly recorded tapes in which Trump's sister says a friend took his entrance exam.
The professor, Eric W. Orts, is one of six faculty members who asked Penn's provost earlier this summer to launch an investigation into how Trump transferred into the school. He noted that the president's niece, Mary Trump, wrote in her book published in July that the president paid someone to take his SATs...

Orts has likely misused Federal Funds on multiple occasions.
The matter of his admission became moot upon his graduation. Unless, per chance, there is “new evidence” that Trump paid somebody to take his course tests and write his course term papers, etc.
On the other hand, we have evidence that one of the candidates in this race cheated his way through law school:

Obama cannot even spell ‘Syracuse’ in his brackets but nobody ever asked him who really took his exams in Columbia or even went to any classes there. We already know he wasn’t able to even write anything for his law review.
