Tell the rabid left wing teachers to teach math and science properly instead of Social Hate classes and you might get qualified applicants of all colors.

Boeing, given your troubles with the 737 MAX I think you better concentrate on hiring the best possible people, period. It doesn't matter what race the engineers are, what gender, religion, sexual orientation...nada. What matters is that they are the best you can find for the job. When your next aircraft are experiencing problems, if {Diety}-forbid they start having serious incidents again... Do you think it is going to matter one bit what the racial makeup of your staff is? It absolutely doesn't matter how a design makes you feel, how fulfilled you feel about a line of computer code. What matters is that you get the {censored} details right! The first time!

Extremely disappointed Boeing. Extremely. If I had any intention of ever flying commercial again I'd say something about avoiding your aircraft. Of course there aren't a lot of other choices. Good thing I've already given up flying. Now I guess I'll just hope none of your stuff falls on me.

It’s comforting to know that the plane I’m in at 30,000 feet has been designed or built by somebody who was hired for his skin color rather than qualifications and competence.

I really do not want to see Boeing fail, but doing crap like this leads to failure. The most effective and profitable businesses are able to singularly focus on a vision. Perhaps their vision is watered down with a bunch of diversity and social justice bull schiff. When I earned my degree in business it was well before PC, multiculturalism, diversity, social justice, etc. Day one of college I learned that the purpose of business is to “maximize shareholder wealth.” I suppose those words are not recognized by many these days.

I know some engineers and managers at Boeing. Based on their lifestyles I’m guessing they make upwards of $150,000 a year. But yeah - give him another $30k a year because of the color of his skin.
