This wasn’t supposed to happen.
During this week’s Democratic National Convention, which was supposed to launch Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's ticket into the fall election with good feelings and high poll numbers, President Trump’s approval rating surged.
The Rasmussen Reports daily average for Trump, which is spread over three days, hit 51% this week — and has stayed there.
On the first day of the Democratic National Convention, Trump's approval rating was 47%.
It rose as the president was taking hits at the virtual convention from former President Barack Obama, 2016 foe Hillary Rodham Clinton, and a host of other prominent Democrats.

No matter what happens, harris is a stunning dud. No bounce at all. This DNC is about just as bad. The left is still confident for a strong blowout but that’s really looking unlikely now.

Not to worry. Jim Crow Joe can spend the rest of the campaign in his basement where his approval ratings thrive.
Biden is like Hillary... his ratings go up when he’s hiding, and they go down when people actually see him.
After the Demon-crats’ convention, TRUMP GETS THE BOUNCE! That’s how bad and boring was their convention. If the Republicans’ convention is simply good, President Trump will get a second bounce. If his speech is great, The Left will start planning its revolution for Election Night, because it will know this election is over.
They didn’t really ask for an end to the looting and riots, not talking about the victims has disgusted people.
They are confident they can steal the election.
Also, nobody is really talking about Kamala. She was supposed to bring some energy and excitement to the ticket but it appears she dropped off the face of the earth.
I think their only hope is to cheat. Ballot fraud on a massive scale.
I heard that if the election isn’t certified by January, the Speaker of the House becomes President. Not sure if that’s true but Nancy Pelosi as President would be horrifying.
Yep, their best hope is for mass mail in votes to throw the count into turmoil.
What baffles me is why the “loyal opposition” continues to just stand there and whine about it.
Either fight it, expose it, eliminate it, OR GET IN THE DAMN GAME.
A few Democrat “losses” due to voter fraud just might prompt these reprobates to reconsider their electoral game plan.
There is a good chance that Speaker of the House will be a Republican.

It will be interesting to compare/contrast the mainstream media coverage of the two conventions and the acceptance speeches of the candidates.
Here in the Tampa Bay area we are being saturated with Biden ads. Two. Repeating again and again and again. numerous times an hour on virtually every channel.
His Corona Virus Plan ad and he came from a small town ad.
His calling for mandating Nationwide Masks at all times outside the home, combined with his I’ll shut down the entire country is not playing well around here. And, that’s an understatement.
His I’m a small-town boy ad isn’t doing any better. People are laughing at that ad.
Then, of course, there is the dem party complicity in the riots and mayhem in dem controlled cities.
The counter-protest is Election Day.
