THE Portland protester accused in the violent, videotaped assault of a truck driver Sunday night is on the run and begging for cash through social media.
Marquise Love, 25, has yet to be nabbed by police and is apparently using his time at large to send snapchat messages to fund his flight.
A message posted on a pic that appears to be from his account says: “Might go to jail for murder tonight for a racist when all i did was fight him look it up on twitter put money on my books and come see me."

The truck driver spoke about seeing a woman fighting to keep someone from taking her purse. He got out and quickly became attacked, leading to his beating and being kicked unconscious by love.
I played football, never left the field, kickoffs, offense defense, etc. On defense I was the Nutcracker over the Center.
In the winter I wrestled and a 3 time state champion. At 146 pounds if we didn't have our heavyweight I went in and beat him. Fastest pin was 6 seconds. That was a guy in my weight class. The crowd went wild. 'Course it was at my school ...

Putting money “on my books” is when you are IN jail and are asking for money so you can buy things from the jail store. Love is assuming he will be in custody soon and is hoping people will give him money after he is arrested.
