I for one am tired of hearing about the number of “new” cases.

The only two numbers I care about are 1) those showing symptoms, and tested positive and 2) those that showed symptoms and died from the virus. I suspect the numbers are way less then what has been reported.

The whole idea of testing everyone is meaningless and a waste of resources.

This is how humans have been immunized from diseases over thousands of generations, i.e. through exposure. Any vaccine developed will be intended to do the same thing.
