The Michael Flynn case has opened a new front in the woke war on objectivity: Within the federal judiciary, we now have judges taking sides in the cases before them. It’s a development directly at war with the political philosophy that animates our Constitution. It would, if left unchecked, destroy the neutrality of the federal courts. If that were to go, the judiciary’s legitimacy and public respect for its dictates would be destroyed.
Now, [Judge] Sullivan has doubled down on his insistence that he need not be neutral: He has, as if he were a party to the case, filed a motion in the court of appeals asking that its decision be vacated and that the entire District of Columbia appellate bench rehears the matter. In so doing, he has dropped all pretense of neutrality and revealed his desire to steer the criminal case against Flynn, rather than presiding over it as a neutral figure who interprets and applies the law.

The CJ shot back to Trump's earlier complaint about biased judges in the 9th Circuit in partisan debate fashion, declaring, "We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges.”
Both the CJ's and Sullivan's actions have proved the CJ was clearly in error.
He interfered in a US Senate election to sway the makeup of the United States Senate [Ted Stevens].
We need to revive the concept of jury nullification. Jurors don’t have to be unbiased. If I’m on a jury and the defendant is accused of shooting a pedophile — the guy’s innocent. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Flynn has been tasked with keeping that subject quiet. Get Flynn!
Stevens losing his reelection because of those bogus charges gave the RATs 60 votes in the Senate. That was enough to pass ZeroCare, so we can blame Sullivan just as much for that socialist monstrosity as Judge Roberts.
Sullivan is tasked to keep Flynn quiet. My bad.
Judges are very much aware of Jury Nullification and make sure anybody so inclined are not in the jury. The good news is that if you don’t want jury duty make it obvious you are for jury nullification and dismissed you shall be!
So is the case now Sullivan v. Flynn (rather than U.S. vs. Flynn?)

If federal judges are no longer neutral, the United States is defacto dissolved. There is no longer any need to respect the law because U.S. law now will depend on specific people placed in charge telling us what the law is. We put OUR people in charge to get one version of law. We then FORCE OUR law on the enemy. The enemy puts his people in charge to FORCE his version of law upon us.
This is GOVERNMENT OF MEN, not government of laws.
This is a recipe for bloodshed and revolution.
