Imagine a Yankee-BoSox weekend series where the umpire crew has decided every call and pitch will go against the Sox.
The umpiring crew had best make sure they're playing in NY, because that would not be tolerated in Boston for more than about two innings before everything that could be thrown at the umps, was. Another inning and the fans would be storming the field, as it likely would in NY if the situation was reversed.

Federal judges can be impeached. Sullivan sounds like a man who should be given a choice, resign or be impeached.

“We need to revive the concept of jury nullification.”
That’s already the case in LaHood - where jail is looked at as slavery and the locals on the juries don’t even consider that the people they ‘emancipating’ are going back into THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS to rape and kill.
As to nullification on our side...that would be a start.

What you just described is exactly what the next election is about - the Democrats finally having the power to do whatever they want, and us never being able to remove them or even resist them again.

Sullivan may end up changing the definition of hanging judges.
