The judiciary is not a dictatorship.

Yet people seem to treat it like one. I'd like to see more government bodies tell judges to go pound sand.

Tell me why the judge could not be arrested on federal obstruction of justice charges.

Agree 100%

Though I also believe that any LEO should identify themselves and their agency prior to an arrest. This would work to negate the claim of unmarked cars and out of uniform officers. For example, if an undercover officer identifies themselves and their agency, then the suspect should respect and submit to the arrest. Later court action can be taken to review the circumstances of the arrest to determine if the arrest is lawful.

Further, officers should be required to state the reason of the arrest, such as, you are suspected to have an outstanding warrant, you are suspected to be the individual who ...

Lastly, state where the individual is being transported to for processing of the arrest. You are being taken to “name of jail or location” for processing. This can take place anytime after the statement of arrest but prior to the removal from the location.

If the judge rules against them officers, pull out and let the city burn to the ground. Then pull the US Marshals that protect the judges and say “good luck with that”

That court operates out of the building the Federal agents are protecting.

The President should do a total move-out of the federal building and relocate its operation to a rural town in Oregon.

This will cause State officials and others with business at the Federal facility to have to travel a long distance to get there...and will provide an economic boost to the small town that gets the new facility.

If the Judge grants the restraining order then let it burn.

If the Judge denies the restraining order then release the hounds!

>>That court operates out of the building the Federal agents are protecting.<<

The feds should stand down until this is settled.

That should move things along quite nicely.

What is happening in Portland (and other cities) differs from the firing on Fort Sumter in only one respect. The Southern states openly seceded. What is happening know is secession by a thousand cuts.

I wish President Trump would tell them “Fine, we’ll leave. Just don’t expect federal funds to rebuild or emergency aid for disasters.”

Trump’s in a no win situation here and should let these cities continue to burn. People are screaming like morons and nothing even happened yet. You know what is coming next.

A federal judge will hear arguments Wednesday on Oregon’s request for a restraining order against federal agents........ remember judge your ruling may cause you to lose your protection.....

[[So here’s the question for all the liberals and Democrats- do you value civil society or not?]]

No- they only support their own brand of civility- which of course means complete compliance with the4 liberal agenda- otherwise you’re ‘racist, hateful, intolerant’ in their eyes

AND

They only support this when they are in power- when they aren’t- they support anarchy, domestic terrorism, and unrest-

[[I don’t get what unmarked cars have to do with anything.]]

The left view them as evil and sneaky, Nazi-like dictatorish, and unjust when used by Donald Trump

When the left use them to of course they are none of that

In a twist, the judge hearing the case — U.S. District Court Judge Michael Mosman — works out of the very courthouse that’s been a target for more than 50 nights of protests

well the Judge could say no hearing until the riots stop..... since no one can use the Federal Court House!

Completely disagree. Trump should use the ISIS strategy with these scum. Tolerate this lawlessness in certain cities, while protecting federal properties. Draw the rioters to these areas like moths to a flame--make them think that they have a chance to take over. Then absolutely crush them a month before the elections.

Not sure there are enough feds who support Trump to make such an operation possible, though. Sadly, the deep state is on board with the rioters.

Will he be inviting Oregon’s attorney general to present his case at the Federal Courthouse in Portland? Maybe during a Friday evening?

As far as I can tell, the state of Oregon should be declared to be in insurrection against the United States, and upper-level state officials and the mayor, police chief, etc., of Portland should be jailed.

This should be followed by the lustration of all Democratic politicians and all registered Democratic Party voters.

Patriotic citizens from Arkansas, Texas and Alabama can them move in to fill the voter rolls. :-)
