Sheriff’s office has received threatening calls from people 'picking sides' over the incident
A white couple was arrested after at least one handgun was pulled on a black woman and her daughters during a videotaped confrontation in a restaurant parking lot in Michigan, authorities said Thursday.
Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, were charged with felonious assault over the Wednesday incident, Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper said.
The confrontation was captured on cellphone video.
Takelia Hill, who is black, told the Detroit Free Press that her daughter asked Wuestenberg to apologize after she bumped into her outside of a Chipotle in Orion Township, about 40 miles outside of Detroit, but Wuestenberg instead started to yell at her.
The video shows Wuestenberg get in her car after the tense back-and-forth that included accusations of racism. Her husband, who was still outside the car, says, “Who the f---do you think you guys are?" to the family. One of the girls accuses him of being “racist” and “ignorant" and he walks back to the car.
“You can not just go around calling white people racist,” Jillian Wuestenberg says from the passenger seat. “White people aren't racist…I care about you.”

So - it's a verbal confrontation - the black lady is walking in the parking lot after it's over and the white people back into her (that's clear at 1:33). She slaps their car in anger (which I may have done as well). She lady jumps out and draws down on her.
My wife’s old job had ONE black lady who was always show-boating about race. One day that drama queen wore a shirt with “Black Pride” on it. About a dozen colleagues went straight to the owner demanding she make her take it off, since any clown wearing “White Pride” would immediately be deemed ‘racist’.
Wife was the HR VP. The sent that dummy home and made her change it. To this day, I’m still shocked a lawsuit didn’t get filed.
What you say is right though. The drama, insanity, and stupidity that a lot of blacks bring to the workplace will prohibit them from being hired.

It's very clear what happened after the initial confrontation (which we don't know).
They had an argument and the black lady was walking in the parking lot and thus she has the right of way - that's the law. The other's backed into her and she hit their car. White lady jumped out and pulled her gun as did the husband (you can see that at 1:48). They are going to get convicted - this is a no-brainer and the current climate of things has nothing to do with it. If it was white on white - I would want the exact same justice.

And yet there are still some here on this form that will argue that we should not get rid of “at will” employment. Unbelievable!
This is the very reason why I have made it my personal crusade to write to and lobby elected officials to get Federal legislation passed to prevent employers from firing anyone for anything that they post on social media or firing anyone who ends up on social media , or any media through no fault of their own, such as in this situation and many others. I would want to see such federal legislation include the prevention of any employer from so much as looking at the social media accounts of any of their employees or prospective employees, and preventing employers from terminating any employees for any reason having to do with social media or videos of them posted or aired anywhere. I would love to see devastating fines imposed on these companies who break this law.

thank you for the correction. I got into it with a black fat woman some time ago and she started calling me cracker mother fu##### etc. She then said I was the racist. My wife turned round to me and said go in the car you cannot educate a racist , ignorant person like her. The black woman lost it LOL, her finger waving her head going around. We just laughed at her , made fun of her and left laughing. They do not like it if you call them out for their racism.
I like that idea.. Being accused of being racist is considered assault... That would take care of lots of problems pretty quickly!

Unfortunately, If one is a CCW holder this is probably a good idea to have insurance in the event one is confronted by the criminal element. Its best to have it and not need it then not have it and need it.
