Sheriff’s office has received threatening calls from people 'picking sides' over the incident
A white couple was arrested after at least one handgun was pulled on a black woman and her daughters during a videotaped confrontation in a restaurant parking lot in Michigan, authorities said Thursday.
Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, were charged with felonious assault over the Wednesday incident, Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper said.
The confrontation was captured on cellphone video.
Takelia Hill, who is black, told the Detroit Free Press that her daughter asked Wuestenberg to apologize after she bumped into her outside of a Chipotle in Orion Township, about 40 miles outside of Detroit, but Wuestenberg instead started to yell at her.
The video shows Wuestenberg get in her car after the tense back-and-forth that included accusations of racism. Her husband, who was still outside the car, says, “Who the f---do you think you guys are?" to the family. One of the girls accuses him of being “racist” and “ignorant" and he walks back to the car.
“You can not just go around calling white people racist,” Jillian Wuestenberg says from the passenger seat. “White people aren't racist…I care about you.”

You can get into a verbal whirlwind any time with those that the IQ cannot bump a third digit. The smartest thing to do when you see it coming, and you can hear the verbal windup a mile away, is to just walk away clean.

Sadly, I agree with you. I can imagine the couple was afraid and did not want to fight. They likely pulled the gun in an effort to de escalate the situation. I doubt they would have fired if the aggressor had retreated. Would a fist fight have been better?
Not in the video hosted by the local ABC network here in Michigan. They only cherry picked the segment of the white woman confronting the fat black woman who had no intention of deescalating the incident but rather escalating it to where it ended up.......
If I'm not mistaken, the fat black African American woman was seen in every Youtube featuring Denny's and McDonald's restaurant in the late hours causing havoc and mayhem fighting with equally fat and stupid black African American women.............

The lady was pregnant which means BDL (black delusional lunatic) was threatening her unborn child.
All lives matter. And to a mother nothing matters more than her the fragile life she is nurturing. Just the way it is.

No she didn’t want an apology- apparently the white woman apologized, but the black woman continued threatening her and ‘imprisoning her’ by not allowing the car to back out-

BDL was engaging in criminal imprisonment at the least.
You are totally justified to point your weapon at such a person and, if they do not move or attempt to advance on you, you are justified in shooting them.

that is a stand your ground state- the person threatening doesn’t have to be armed for soemoen to defend themselves I believe- they only have to believe they will be injured or worse—
Stand Your Ground Laws are often expansions of the Castle Laws. They address the use of force outside of one’s home, place of work, or vehicle.

Honest assessment from me.
Clearly the black women refused to move out of the white womans way. She blocked their way to the car
Black woman said the man was racist and called the woman the same. though no racial words were said.
Black woman said she would beat their ass that is assault.
White woman said she cares about them and she is sorry if she has had any racism towards them.
As the couple try to leave the black woman goes behind the car to stop them leaving and then hits the car as if she was about to be run over.
Daughter says to her mother get out of the way.
Gun is then pulled but the black woman still keeps walking forward as the white woman walks backwards telling her to back off.
Conclusion.
These 2 black women were looking for a confrontation to probably seek to sue them for money or get attention.
There is no way they should have been charged and the black women should have been charged since they stopped free travel and committed assault. They were also black racists
no way would I convict after seeing that video 3 times
She still won’t be charged for false imprisonment.
The couple ought to pursue those charges through a lawyer, but dummy hubby pulled his gun.
which goes to prove they felt they were in danger- and had a right to stand their ground- He felt his wife was being threatened- Legally they had a right to stand their ground because of how the situation was escalating by the black family-
the black woman is saying “I just tapped the back of the car when i thought i was going to get hit’ or some such lie- She swung hard at the vehicle trying to make it sound like she had been hit- (I believe the black woman says ‘You hit me”- but was hard to hear well- ) you can hear it on the video- it was a loud thud- police found her palm print on the glass-

Getting back out of the car was a mistake. She looked pregnant and they could have had covid. If DH had been thinking clearly, it looked like he had enough room to cut the wheel hard and still get out of there from his position at 1:24.
“You bumped into me” is more and more frequently used as an excuse to harass those perceived as weaker. Make no mistake, its purpose is to extract your wealth via lawsuit. And it is practiced is world-wide.
A survival lesson I learned a few years back is, never leave your home without having a livestream going (in case your phone gets snatched). Next time someone gets even remotely confrontive or demands an apology, laugh and throw it back at them: ‘why u lyin’ on my livestream?’. A lot of times knowing they’re real-time tends to make them slink away, especially if they have records. They might inconvenience you by beating on your car in the parking lot, or try to trigger you by yelling foul accusations, but you can stay calm having your own evidence of their vandalism and behavior including proof of them pushing or shoving or blocking your way. And if they steal or smash your phone, it’s still recorded on livestream. It’s sad to say it, but this is the safest way to live for now.
