I reread the Book of Jeremiah a few weeks ago. Certainly seems these are the days he prophesied.

Hardly.
In the 1990’s over one million Jews immigrated to Israel.
In the 2000’s it was less than 200K.
There has been a modest in immigration over this decade (30K in 2018) but up to 2/3rd’s of recent migrants are not Jewish — or at least not recognized as such by Israel.

reported that more American Jews applied to immigrate to Israel or inquired about it in May than in any single month over the last two decades.I'm actually relieved to hear that. I worry that the U.S. is taking a chilling anti-Semitic turn (energized by the left) and I pray that all Jewish families stay safe.
If I were Jewish I would get out now, while the getting's good.

Jeremiah 31:13 was written at the point when the Judeans were carted off to Babylon.
Jeremiah is referring to the Jews returning back from Babylon in 500 BC, NOT about today
