(CNSNews.com) - House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) opened a letter to her Democratic colleagues yesterday by quoting Isaiah 2:12 and Isaiah 10:1-2 in an apparent reference to corrupt police officers and Trump administration.
“As Isaiah says, ‘For the Lord will have a day of reckoning… Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed,’” Pelosi said.
“A reckoning is here for justice in policing, and I commend Chair Karen Bass and the Congressional Black Caucus on their important leadership in presenting the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020,” she said.
“As we prayerfully protect the American people, we are protecting our Constitution,” she said.

Disgusting when Pelosi quotes the Bible, but in this case she is talking about herself and her party.
Senior confusion...she forgot that she is the leader of the lower house of the the legislative branch. This applies to her.

Hopefully, Republicans will take her cue and start invoking scripture themselves.

I am pretty sure there is no scripture that says go forth and rip your babies from your womb. I’m also sure that there is no scripture that says go forth to have gay sex, mutilate your body to change gender or even scripture that says God can’t be mentioned in a public place.

Sounds like the laws that the Democrats themselves have enacted. While not widows, the single family female households amount to the same thing, rendering children fatherless. This is exactly what the Democrats did, not Republicans, and certainly not President Trump.

Oddly, he knows and uses the Word constantly. Satan takes scripture out of context and/or rearranges it to confuse the reader and wins souls for himself. It’s the best reason I can think of for studying scripture very closely. Satan condemns but God convicts and offers forgiveness. Praying for Nancy is the surest way of getting her to change.
