VANITY posting. Minneapolis listings are skyrocketing as residents attempt to leave the chaos. Feel sorry for those having to fire sale for many their only major asset because liberalism took hold.

My cousin just sold the nice house that she had in Minneapolis. It is about 1.2 miles as the crow flies from the police station they burned down.
It is a world away though. Large older home on a green beltway along the creek in a nice area. Luckily she closed on it about 6 weeks ago!

More money will flow out of Minneapolis plus a loss of businesses, employees, taxes and business appeal. Add in any coronavirus business losses in lives, closed down businesses and businesses permanently gone.
I would say the total figures combined would be over 25%, perhaps as high as 30-35%. No major city can survive a loss of revenue and skilled people and remain viable.
Now cut off federal funds and stick a fork in it.
