He was handcuffed unless these cops broke the number one rule, a perp is always cuffed before being placed in the car. Nothing about this even hints at being positive for these cops. And he was arrested for passing a phony double sawbuck. He could have gotten it from a cash machine. Happened to me once and from Chase.

That’s because there is only one side: A dirty cop was assaulting a handcuffed and unconscious prisoner after being told he had no pulse.

You seriously want to defend that criminality by dirty cops?

Not it does not explain anything. A knee to the neck in order to handcuff a suspect who is violently resisting is no problem, in my opinion.

But basically standing on a suspects neck for over eight minutes *AFTER* the suspect has been handcuffed is over the top and wrong. This isn't even debatable.
